Appointments and Payments

All appointments must be booked through our website, call, or in-person. We require a deposit to secure your appointment, and this deposit is non-refundable. Payments for our services must be made in full at the time of the appointment.

Cancellation and Refund

We understand that sometimes our customers may need to cancel their appointments. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or do not show up, you will forfeit your deposit. We do not offer refunds for services that have already been provided.
